Very pleased with the scaffold tower, however the courier service “DX Delivery service” must be one of the worst out there. The driver didn’t bother ringing the door bell he just dropped the tower on my drive way and left, unbelievable!!

Thank you for your review and yes, checked the tracking information and can see that your delivery was signed for as “lai” which stands for “Left As Instructed”. This was done by the driver as our default delivery instructions with our courier, if no one is in, is for them to leave in a safe location if there is somewhere safe to do so. They also take a photo of where the goods were left for insurance purposes which I can see that the driver did as it is showing on the tracking information. I’ve contacted our courier and they have informed that the driver did try to contact you on the mobile number provided but was unable to get through for some reason hence defaulting to leaving safe and signing their electronic scanner as “lai”. Hope this helps and if we can be of any further assistance please do not hesitate to get in touch.

EBay description was ambiguous and suggested a higher working platform. Do not purchase this item if your work height is above 4 m the actual tower height is 3.6m. The standing board set at maximum height is 3m.

Delivered promptly and is as described. My only negative comment is about the lack of detailed assembly instructions and the fact that the diagram in the packaging was printed on an inkjet printer. Given that the product was delivered on a very wet day, the pictures were next to useless.
I downloaded a sheet from the website which was for a similar but slightly different product – it was difficult to determine the correct positioning of the braces. Overall, using the tower on a flat paved area, it was reasonably stable but would be much better if anchored. Trying to access the platform using a stepladder through the lifting hatch was not easy as the tower slid on the ground. Reduced the height of the platform to about 3m and was a bit more successful.
