Staging Boards (600mm) with Single Sided Handrail

We sell standard width (450mm) and extra width (600mm) staging boards with single sided handrail with length ranging from 2.5m to 5.95m.

Our staging boards are manufactured to BS2037 Class 1 standard and can be used in conjunction with various handrail systems. They have non-slip rot proof decking for longevity, rubber end caps to prevent damage to the box section aluminium when handling, rubber inserts for exceptional grip on the trestles.

Supplied with handrail tubes and handrail posts which combine perfectly to create an enclosed working space, helping to protect the user from a fall and increasing the Staging Board’s overall safety.

Features

  • A design for the hardest of industrial environment
  • Marine plywood decking – Class 3 (Weather & Boil Proof), Birch throughout with Phenyl mesh coating for maximum durability and grip
  • Heavy duty aluminium frame with oversized aluminium bearers at 290mm
    intervals, crimped & swagged into position
  • Decking is supported the full length of the staging by integral lip on the stile
  • Rubber inserts in the underside prevent movement when in use
  • Certified to BS2037 Class 1, with a 270kg distributed load rating
  • Supplied with a single sided handrail to provide a safe enclosed workspace
  • 2-inch aluminium handrail tube – comes in lengths from 2.4m to 4.8m.
  • Universal handrail posts – fitted with toeboard clips & adjustable fittings to create a secure & safe system (toeboards must be sourced separately).
  • Staging Boards available as 450mm or 600mm wide and up to 5.95m long.
