   Ordered on the 4th November, hoping that by Tuesday it would have arrived, as per next day delivery promise. Courier service notified me item was out for delivery on Friday, after guaranteeing delivery. As of 11th November(Saturday), it has still not been delivered. Very disappointing from both parties involved.
