Can you have more than 1 person on a single width (850) tower?

Yes, but recommend one person per platform.

Do I get outriggers with the tower?

According to EN 1004, outriggers are supplied for working heights of 4.2m upwards on the Single Width Industrial Towers and 4.7m upwards on the Double Width Industrial Towers to increase your base area making the tower as safe as possible.

How do I check your TUV credentials?

Please see the Official TUV website for our certificate.

What does 1.8m or 2.5m long mean?

These are the platform lengths (measured centre-to-centre on the platform hooks).

What does 850 or 1450 mean (as in Loyal 850 / Loyal 1450)?

These are the widths of the Industrial Towers in millimetres (measured centre-to-centre on the frame uprights). The outer dimension is 50mm more.

What size are the castor wheels?

150mm diameter dual locking wheels are supplied with all our Industrial Towers.

Why does the platform come with 2 hooks only?

The platform only requires 2 points of contact, one at each end, for a solid connection to the tower. They are required to hold the platform in position and avoid external forces from lifting the platform free.

Why don't I get outriggers on the 3.7m industrial tower?

The base area of the 3.7m working height tower is sufficient without outriggers. They are not required by EN 1004 at this height so satisfy the Working at Height Regulations.

We offer single (0.85m) or double (1.45m) width, 1.8m or 2.5m lengths and 23 different working heights ranging from 3.2m (10’6″) to 14.2m (46’7″).
Designed and manufactured by a fully accredited ISO 9001:2008 manufacturer and certified in accordance with EN1004-1:2020 Standard.
Features robust 51mm diameter vertical and horizontal welded frames for maximum structural rigidity and long-term durability.
Offers a massive 950kg Safe Working Load per tower, providing industrial-grade strength for multiple users, tools and materials.
Manufactured from lightweight, naturally corrosion-resistant aluminium and features robust welded and extruded component joints rather than weaker cast alternatives, ensuring long-term durability under demanding site conditions.
Outriggers / stabilisers are included in the taller towers for extra stability, with optional upgrade to Superior Heavy Duty SP15 outriggers which are twice as thick, feature an extra clamp/arm and greatly increase the footprint and stability of the tower.
They are in compliance with the 3T method (Through The Trapdoor), incorporating Quick Locking Braces holding the frames in place.
The Tower is always climbed internally – Through The Trapdoor (3T Compliant) which is then lowered and becomes part of the platform.
Incorporates colour-coded brace hooks to ensure fast, intuitive and safe assembly without the need for specialist tools.
Includes 150mm diameter height-adjustable, dual-locking castor wheels as standard for use on uneven ground, stairs and steps.
Incorporates an integral ladder section into the frame with comfortable, non-slip ribbed rungs set at precise 250mm intervals.
Platforms can be positioned at 0.5m (1’8″) increments, ensuring maximum adaptability for both indoor and outdoor industrial tasks.
Framework components and braces utilise a ribbed, non-slip profile for superior grip during assembly and climbing.
Platforms have a non-slip surface, damage-resistant claws and automatic self-closing trapdoors with industrial-grade locking mechanisms for maximum safety and reassurance whilst on the tower.
Fully illustrated assembly and dismantling guides are available for download to support site safety management and compliance.
