The extension pack has almost as much material as a tower. The pack includes an extra platform, 4 telescopic outriggers and the corresponding extension frames, horizontal braces, and diagonal braces.

Super DIY 7S will fit into most hatchbacks with its 1m framed design. eDIY range and Super DIY 8/9 will fit into most estate cars. Please check the packing size details in the specification table on the product pages and your car load space before ordering.
Certification is not currently required for DIY towers. Our domestic tower platforms are load tested according to the EN1004 Class 3 standard.
Yes, our eDIY and MDIY towers can reach a maximum working height of 7.15m (23’5″) and our SUPER DIY has a maximum working height of 9.35m (30’9″). For anything taller please see our Trade King and Loyal Industrial Towers.
Strictly speaking, no. But having two or four outriggers will give a bigger footprint and make the tower feel more secure. In addition, the outriggers can give extra adjustments to uneven ground. Especially in garden use.
