Only if your existing tower is from our DIY tower range. You cannot not mix brands from different manufacturers.

Yes, they are included as standard so you can use the tower in the standard set up too.

Certification is not currently required for DIY towers. Our domestic tower platforms are load tested according to the EN1004 Class 3 standard.

Take a look at our video below where a colleague assembles an eDIY 5 Scaffold Tower in just a few minutes. The higher towers will take slightly longer, and it is advisable to do this with two people.

The DIY Tower base bars are 1.22m (4′) long.

The width of our DIY towers is 600mm (measured centre-to-centre on the frame uprights). The outer dimension is 40mm more.

Yes, you can buy a 2m extension pack.

The extension pack has almost as much material as a tower. The pack includes an extra platform, 4 telescopic outriggers and the corresponding extension frames, horizontal braces, and diagonal braces.

The platform only requires 2 points of contact, one at each end, for a solid connection to the tower. They are required to hold the platform in position and avoid external forces from lifting the platform free.
