The technical description on your web site is nothing like what I received. Weight 19kg Actual Weight 25kg. Open height 8.5m Actual open height 7.8m. The ladders where also quite badly marked from being dragged. I should have rejected these but unfortunately i needed to use them. The manufactory of these ladders is Lyte. I decided to buy from your company due to the better technical specs , lighter and could reach higher. I could have purchased the same Lyte ladders from “Ladders.co.uk and saved £30.
